There was a long queue, and we had to wait nearly 30 minutes just to get our food after placing the order. The ambiance was decent, but the rush made it slightly uncomfortable. Luckily, we found a parking spot without much trouble — something that can be a hassle during peak hours. Coming to the food, the Chicken Kuzhi Manthi was just average. The portion size was decent, and the rice had a mild flavor, but it lacked the wow factor we were hoping for. The chicken was well-cooked but didn’t stand out in terms of taste. Overall, it was okay — not bad, but not memorable either. The customer service was average too. The staff were doing their best given the crowd, but the wait time and lack of personal attention affected the experience. If you’re planning to visit during weekends, be prepared to wait for seating and food. One thing we noticed was the price seemed a bit on the higher side, especially considering the taste and service quality. “ Visited Al Razi Restaurant on Adoor Bypass and had a good overall dining experience. We ordered the Shawai Mandi, Peri Peri Mandi, Chicken Kondattam, Kubbos, and some fresh juices. The Mandi dishes were flavorful and well-cooked, with generous portions and nicely grilled chicken. The fresh juice was refreshing and complemented the meal well. However, the Chicken Kondattam didn’t quite hit the mark in terms of taste—it lacked the depth of flavor we were expecting. There’s ample parking space, which is a big plus, especially for families or groups. Do expect a 5–10 minute wait during peak hours, but the service is courteous and efficient.
